Operations Team

The Operations Team is the metaphorical backbone of our business, supporting the organisation to ensure we achieve our goals. Operations manages the movement of parcels and inventory, supports the customer/consignor experience, helps safeguard financial SOX compliance and contributes to long-term initiative planning. The team is divided into four essential areas: 1) Consignment Ops, 2) Inventory Control, 3) Fulfillment 4) Customer Service + Fraud and lastly, 5) Strategy, with each subteam having several working departments: Consignment Ops team oversees the intake, loss prevention, and authenticity of consigned inventory. The inventory team manages inventory accuracy, catalogue maintenance and shortage control. They also support special commercial projects. Fulfilment and Customer Service work in collaboration to oversee e-commercee shipping, customer service, fraud and payments and returns management. Strategy Ops partners with IT, dev, and product for internal tooling development, performance analytics and other projects.


We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will be based in New York and reporting to our Director of Logistics and Loss Prevention on the operations team. The Logistics Coordinator will manage the internal (company) and external (customer) coordination of all activities and documentation necessary and required for international and domestic product shipments and pickups. It will also include scheduling and maintaining the internal company shipment calendar. You will collaborate with the Operations, Account Managers, Customer Relations teams, Retail, and Consignment Managers to meet our goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


    • You will coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
    • You will respond to internal and external customer inquiries
    • You will manage the internal (company) and external (customer) coordination of all activities and documentation necessary and required for international and domestic product shipments
    • You will review shipping documents to ensure accuracy
    • You will make special shipping arrangements as necessary
    • You will be the liaison between the Retail, Market Center, and warehouse teams
    • You will manage shipment expenses and track and fix shipping errors
    • You will ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
    • You will develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
    • You will work directly with freight forwarders and international vendors
    • You will perform other clerical tasks such as preparing customer correspondence and maintaining files


    • You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
    • You are proficient in G-suite, MS Office, and ERP systems
    • You have a team player attitude, and go beyond expectations
    • You have experience with the transportation of retail product
    • You can write and create instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals
    • You have excellent communication (oral and written) and project management skills
    • You have 3 years of management and business understanding
    • You have previous experience managing an entire function within a distribution facility (fulfillment preferred)
    • You are customer service oriented
    • You can implement decisions and manage multiple processes in a fast-moving environment
