The PVH finance team is instrumental to the success of the PVH Region North (UK/Ireland, Netherlands and Nordics) business. Acting as true business partners the team are responsible for providing accurate, timely and reliable information which supports and shapes our strategic direction.

Reporting to the Senior Retail Commercial Finance Manager for Region North,, this business partnering role works within the retail commercial finance team responsible for combining financial and market data to create better insight in to business performance and its potential opportunities.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Owning the monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual budget process - analysing variances and understanding any potential risks and opportunities
  • Ownership of the forecasting/budgeting and review of actuals of the Retail stores
  • Liaising with Amsterdam (HQ) central finance for any queries relating to the forecasts and budgets.
  • Designing and completing management presentations - displaying financial information in a easy to use/read way
  • Supporting financial and operational projects in place within the business by giving financial insights in to the direction and outcome of projects.
  • Support the Senior Retail Commercial Finance Manager in producing capital expenditure appraisals, working with the relevant department heads
  • Support the Senior Retail Commercial Finance Manager in ad-hoc analysis and projects at the requirements of the brand, working with the various heads across the business
  • Supporting the Senior Retail Commercial Finance Manager in driving automation in Retail reporting
  • Consistent review/challenge of the reporting in place and development/refining of this to ensure we always meet the needs of the business

About YOU
  • Understanding of financial KPI's and Profit and Loss statements.
  • Data warehouse knowledge (SAP BW, Oracle, SQL, Business Objects) is desirable.
  • You'll be experienced in creating reports and presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • You'll have excellent organisational and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  • You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You'll have strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • You'll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
