The Position
The Senior Specialist Product Launch will support Calvin Klein Ecommerce team with the development of the Partner Program (marketplace business model). This role will be instrumental in leading and driving the growth of our partner business, specifically focusing on optimizing the product onboarding process. The key objective of this role is to drive projects and digital product roadmap with the goal to improve article onboarding speed, product data preparation and mapping, followed by error resolution and ranking optimization on Partner webshops. This role is supported by a Product Launch Specialist and a Product Launch Coordinator, so you don't have to do it all alone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive the roadmap development of the Partner Program article onboarding process, seeking to optimize assortment TTO (Time-to-Onboard), our brand representation, consumer experience & ultimately growing net sales & market share.
  • Supervise the Partner Program Onboarding team, ensuring the seasonal product data onboarding activities are timely and in accordance with partner product data requirements.
  • Actively participate in new partners and markets onboarding projects, defining and adapting new product data requirements into the Product Launch daily processes.
  • Work closely with the Partner Program, Planning, Buying and Omnichannel Operations teams to drive the PP operational excellence and digital product roadmap.
  • Perform data mapping activities for all partners in TradeByte middleware tool to ensure successful and speedy product onboarding.
  • Maintain Master assortment reports per partner to track the latest product live status.
  • Follow up and resolve any product data related errors within TradeByte in accordance with partner requirements.
  • Participate in weekly catch-ups with partners to resolve ongoing errors and improve business processes.
  • Coordinate timely image delivery with the PVH Studios in accordance with image requirements per partner.
  • Enrich mandatory as well as non-mandatory product information to improve product ranking on partner websites.
  • Support Planning and Partner Program teams with any on-going business needs.

The Ideal Candidate has:
  • 3-5+ years demonstrated experience in Ecommerce Partner Program/Marketplaces business
  • Experience in article onboarding through any middleware tool, preferably Tradebyte, and Ecommerce tools, preferably PIM.
  • Experience in working with Zalando or About You is a plus
  • Understanding of fashion product data tagging/attribution is a must
  • Interest in technical and business Ecommerce projects
  • Strong project management & stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Team lead experience is a great plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and result-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form
