Senior Store Designer

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Plan and design store interiors in consistency with store concept. Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to raising productivity and selling merchandise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work to a brief, which details what the space will be used for, and finding out the Company's requirements;
• Set schedules for the project;
• Choose the most appropriate materials for the design and budget;
• Product rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colors and materials;
• Develop detailed designs, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software or small-scale models;
• inspect and survey buildings;
• Carry out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible

BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Architectural creative skills
• Time and process management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal relations
• Stress resilience
• Autocad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop
• At least 6-7 years of experience in a similar position
• University degree with specialization in architecture
• Fluent English
