Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working, an outdoor terrace for a team lunch, or a dedicated studio for a yoga class.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially-minded financial expert, supporting projects to achieve additional value to the Farfetch community whilst driving our commercial priorities. In addition to implementing our Commercial growth strategy, the role includes improving and growing products that add great value for our partners and for Farfetch, working with different teams at Farfetch and external suppliers, and optimising our commercial performance. You will be comfortable with autonomously leading projects that help develop our overall Commercial growth strategy and managing the operations linked to our different products and activities. You will report to the Commercial Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Develop our long-term Commercial growth strategy and independently manage projects through to operational delivery
    • Support on improving and implementing the core financial and commercial growth programmes, with the objective of increasing impact, adoption and partner performance
    • Conduct analysis to support launching a potential new product / functionality to fuel partner growth
    • Support new partner acquisition and product adoption through creating compelling marketing materials and participating in onboarding calls
    • Build models to track and evaluate programmes, perform seasonal forecasts, monitor financial performance
    • Communicate with partner facing teams to gather qualitative feedback on our partner performance, responding to ad-hoc questions about our programmes
    • Manage the daily relationship with internal and external partners - Treasury, Legal, Commercial teams, Communication & Marketing and our finance provider
    • Oversee operations involving other teams for the different programmes (transfers, contracts and compliance, financial reconciliation, risk monitoring)Create monthly business updates and analysis on initiative performance
    • Support on building seasonal financial plans for our main partners
    • Provide consulting services to partners and address technical / in-depth questions on request
    • Seek out opportunities to improve business processes, products and team performance


WHO YOU ARE

    • Some work experience in a strategic, analytics or finance role
    • Experience building financial models, running insight analysis to support decisions, creating visual dashboards to monitor performance
    • Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets). Experience with SQL or Looker will come in handy
    • Used to creating storylines for presentations using insights from analyses
    • Commercially-minded and happy working with different teams
    • Can take control of complex problems and is committed to finding a solution
