Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Help to implement, manage and develop the social media strategy
• Work with the marketing team on creating a social media content calendar in line with the comms plan 
• Help define important social media KPIs Create, schedule, and publish social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Youtube
• Work with the Head of Digital on Managing paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram Create and present monthly social reports to measure the success of social media campaigns, monitor engagement and suggest content optimization
• Ensure brand consistency in content, copy, tone of voice and relevancy
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through key social media platforms
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Collaborate with marketing and internal team on social content and strategy
• Communicate with agency partners
• Create and nurture relationships with influencers via social media to create a strong network

Skills

• You have experience managing social media accounts across multiple channels 
• You have experience running paid social campaigns 
• You have experience creating and capturing content 
• +3 years of Social Media Content Management experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
