Clean Beauty Collaborative is leading the way. Model turned businesswoman, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and clean beauty pioneer, Amyris, have teamed up under the Rose Inc brand to create cosmetic and skincare products that are effective, sustainable and safe. 

We use biotechnology to create sustainable, safe ingredients, formulate simple yet efficacious formulations without the use of over 2,000 harmful ingredients, design packaging to the highest standards of sustainability while having a modern and elegant esthetic, act with transparency and ethics.


We are looking for an Art Director to help concept and execute a wide variety of omnichannel marketing creative assets.  Reporting to the Creative Director, you will manage the completion of everything from campaign stills to PDP notes, researching and providing retouching notes.  In some cases, you will solely own the direction of specific projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic new member of the team, who is interested in fashion and art alongside beauty, and has elevated reference points.


You have a focus on photo and video production with the know-how and skills to work hands-on, owning the creative process from ideation to execution. 


You will help develop creative campaigns in alignment with the Creative Director, and manage the execution of creative work, ensuring it is produced on time, to the highest possible quality standards.


You must be a self-starter who is able to bring your own ideas to life, as well as collaborate with other creatives to determine the best visual execution of a concept. 

You will always be strategizing with team members to conceptualize around insights and real-time moments as they happen.


You live and breathe design, art, and culture with an eye for detail, a blend of creative and technical skills.  This is a role for a creative with experience in the beauty/fashion/arts sector who can execute across multiple disciplines that require a high level of craft, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Essential Responsibilities:

    • Develop concepts starting from the sketch and mood board phase.
    • Create and deliver presentations and campaign layout to the highest standard
    • Work across photoshoots and productions 
    • Collaborate with production and post-production teams, ensuring that you are conscious of timelines
    • Collaborate with external suppliers, partners and agencies to ensure consistent quality
    • Liaise with the wider Creative team to ensure content is used effectively across channels
    • Present ideas to peers and senior members of the team
    • Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, creative, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, etc. 
    • Ability to master the tone and identity of Rose Inc that translates to final content that is on-brand
    • Generate clear ideas and produce concepts and executions created across all channels
    • Take work from concept to final execution ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget
    • Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions


    • A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in concepting and execution of a range of creative projects including physical, digital and motion.  Must be able to share a link to your portfolio, for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Creative flair, originality, and a strong artistic sense
    • Experience in the beauty/fashion/arts sector
    • Graphic design experience 
    • Confident, energetic with a pro-active positive attitude and the ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
    • Idea-driven, takes initiative, and a creative problem solver.
    • Works collaboratively with team members and cross-functional partners
    • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator
    • Photography skills a plus
