This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are into building features and supporting those features released to E-Commerce platform and Stores globally. You'll work closely with other Engineers and Business Managers to understand Retail processes and help developing the features. You're also resourceful, collaborative and thoughtful with an eye and passion for quality. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be working on:

Retail Applications:
  • Design and Support Retail Applications in Tory Burch Landscape,
  • Primarily focusing SAP Retail, Fiori Applications for Store Operations
  • Integration with APTOS, XSTORE and Demandware
  • Integration with PLM for Article master and Pricing
  • Integration with JDA for Allocation


Sales Audit:
  • Design and Support Sales Audit system in Tory Burch
  • Focusing on SAP CAR POSDTA applications
  • OAA (Omni Channel Article Availability)
  • Inventory Sharing with Demandware/OMS


Buy Online Ship from Store:
  • Support BOSS processes
  • Integration with OMS on Online Orders fulfilled from stores
  • Fiori Applications for Picking and Shipping
  • Integration with Shipment partners


Pricing Applications
  • Design and Support maintenance of Promotions and Bonus Buys
  • Design and Support Pricing tools and strategies (Markdowns, MSRP)


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Designing and building applications in SAP, including ABAP and Fiori and extracting data from S/4 Hana database and do analytics required for support.
  • Composing Functional Specification and convert Business requirements into technical architecture and design documents and process flows
  • Explaining developers the design and test all possible business scenarios for Applications built.
  • Working with SRE to define a support strategy and process.

To Land This Role:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5 plus year systems and business analysis experience. Apparel experience highly preferred.
  • 5 plus years of experience working with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Retail Financial, Merchandising: Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain)
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 for HANA / SAP CAR / Industry Certification
  • Profound understanding of Retail business processes
  • Strong experience with Master Data Management related to SAP Retail
  • Understanding of integration points of SAP Retail with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules
  • Experience with incident management and strong understanding of various types across a techno-functional landscape, configuration, and testing.
  • Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
  • Ability to understand Aptos (POS) functionality and integration with SAP and CAR
