The Team

You will be part of the PVH CXO Team. The goal of the CXO team is to provide the best possible experience for the customers of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger on-site through data-driven iterative decision making. The team consists of program managers, developers, researchers, analysts and has a tight collaboration with our design- and technical teams. The team is centrally placed in the organization, touching upon every single aspect of the sites and the relevant product teams.

The Position

As the Program Manager, you are responsible for all the initiatives on the CXO roadmap on the side of Calvin Klein. You coordinate with the researchers, designers, developers and analysts in order to make sure that all tickets and validations run smoothly. You prepare communications with stakeholders such as the product teams, business teams and wider teams such as CRM, Innovation and Sustainability teams. You are the first point of contact when it comes to all the CXO initiatives and know how to prioritize and plan accordingly. You keep an eye on upcoming collections, capsules and other scheduled events in order to make sure the roadmap runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking inventory on incoming ideas and making sure they end up at the right people depending on the specific stage and needs for the concepts.
  • Prioritizing the roadmap based on consumer- and business needs, upcoming capsules, releases, sale periods and seasonal content, real-estate on site and objective value of individual ideas.
  • Planning the biweekly sprints, making sure velocity goals are met.
  • Being the first point of contact for other teams on all validation initiatives and A/B tests progress.
  • Hosting the biweekly meetings with different stakeholders, aligning everyone's initiatives and expectations.
  • Maintain and improve on the quality of the overall CXO program and the experiments
The Ideal Candidate
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with CRO/CXO in a similar role, with plenty of knowledge about validation, A/B-Testing and concepts related to that (for example, statistical significance & runtime calculation).
  • Excellent planner and knows how to create visibility that can be communicated to stakeholders.
  • Good presentation skills to inform current stages of the validation roadmap, upcoming initiatives and new developments in the CXO areas.
  • Good listener, able to identify the issue at hand and determine the correct course of action to take.
  • Knows how to set emotion aside when need be, judging ideas by their objective value.
  • Can keep an overview over a large list of topics and prioritize accordingly.
