Social Media And Communications Specialist

You will be in charge of content planning & creation for Del Core social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok. You will report to the Communications Director and be responsible for driving the content creation process from concept definition, storyboarding, editing, and on-going performance monitoring. Responsible for the development of the social content strategy in line with overall traffic and revenue goals. Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.
 

PROFILE

• Implement, manage and develop the social media strategy.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone of voice across different social media channels.
• Curate a social media calendar based on brand content and provide mock-ups on a weekly basis.
• Copywriter supervision for press releases and institutional texts.
• Data analysis and insights.
• Make informed suggestions and proposals for talent and creative concepts.
• Present new, innovative and creative ideas for posts and stories to drive follower engagement and growth and register new social platforms for the brand.
• Responsible for engagement suggestions (talent, stylists, influencers), initiating contact and managing subsequent daily interaction and engagement.
• Be proactive in researching new ways to communicate with our audience.
• Compile monthly/quarterly and monthly reports.
• Deliver accurate internal and external budgets required and manage expenditures accordingly.
• Liaising with external agencies on paid campaigns, best practices, brainstorming.
• Analysis, implementation, and negotiation of the digital media plan.
• Providing support of all communication aspects for the Shows and events working closely with the PR team.
