About the Role

In this role, you will support the overall Finance function for a large, multi-brand retailer in a fast-paced, complex environment. Gap Inc.'s headquarters Finance team provides financial support to various business units and the Executive Leadership teams. You will be responsible for providing guidance, data, and analysis to other areas of Finance or the brands. The teams are responsible for leading several key financial performance management activities for Gap Inc., including the annual budget / operating plan, long-range plan, and monthly forecast. Using these activities as a foundation, they provide the executive leaders and other relevant stakeholders with forward-looking financial projections, performance perspective, and foundations for optimal decision-making.

What You'll Do

This position is a network role responsible for Global DCs and network level reporting performance metrics used by a wide variety of business partners in evaluating a DC's service, cost, and people performance results. Individual must be resourceful, efficient, and possess a solid understanding of the business. Primary owner of all warehouse Key Performance Indicators, daily & weekly performance reporting requiring a high degree of data integrity, requires analysis and operational understanding to call attention or conduct further research. This role will also manage direct reports from multiple DC's.

Who You Are

Divisional Performance Reporting: Responsible for daily publication of prior day, WTD, MTD cost performance estimates for multiple DCs. Compiles and publishes prior week performance including productivity, Volume, SLA, & productivity cost impacts, dashboard, and hours tracking reports. Divisional Reporting: Compiles Essbase repository upload weekly to support divisional reporting roll-ups, weekly dashboard, labor dashboard. Brand updates are also part of this weekly deliverable. Monthly divisional reports include SLA trackers to BMO teams. Design and create reports, dashboards, and other visual / interactive solutions for DC leadership teams using Power BI and other relevant applications. This leader will be responsible for creating a standard DC Network Reporting Suite. DC Repository: Maintain correct mapping for Job codes, Pay codes and DBLUs for all DCs and their respective channels. Liaison with Gap-Tech team: Liaison with the Tech team of any day to day or ongoing issues with Essbase and DC Repository. Learning and Development: Responsible for training Business Partners on use of the Analytical and Reporting tools. Other duties as required.
