Overview: The Digital Merchandising and Content Specialist will support online business initiatives and merchandising strategies to increase sales and site conversion, coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive growth, and continuously improve the client experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead digital merchandising to drive digital sales growth and improve client experience
Manage site content optimizations, in partnership with global team
Track Canada site performance and share weekly & monthly insights with larger e-retail team as well as Canada MVP and leadership team
Key Accountabilities:
Lead digital merchandising to drive digital sales growth and improve client experience
- Optimize product sequencing daily/weekly based on sales, inventory, and brand priorities.
- Analyze performance & optimize product grids based on product trends, opportunities, and gaps
- Monitor on-site search trends and identify opportunities.
- Assist with product recommendation program (external vendor/AI algorithm) and testing pipeline.
- Partner with inventory teams to maintain product availability based on retail inventory.
- Conduct regular on-site testing, proactively identify and correct issues that surface.
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and identify trends and opportunities for site improvement.
Manage site content optimizations, in partnership with global team
- Provide inputs on all site content for United States and Canada (English and French) sites, review and adjust translations.
- Assist in briefing specific regional e-retail content when needed.
- Identify and coordinate in-flight site content optimization based on performance.
- Manage local client communications: shipping banners, FAQ, store information, etc.
Track Canada site performance and share weekly & monthly insights with larger e-retail team as well as Canada MVP and leadership team
- Provide insights on performance drivers
- Proactively identify, prioritize and execute initiatives to drive growth and elevation of client experience
