Overview: The B2B Sales Manager is a dynamic, high energy, collaborative and inspiring people leader, who builds long-term relationships with internal and external clients. He/she will lead team to become the ultimate provider of luxury business gifting. The Sales Manager is tasked to consistently meet and/ or exceed commercial sales targets and client experience goals. Primary duties include: Coaching and helping team achieve sales target, collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategies. Execute strategies to drive revenue growth and attend key events to generate leads.

Sales Achievement
- Drive team to achieve or exceed commercial and client experience targets monthly, Quarterly and annually
- Communicate the key business goals to the team in a simple, clear, and motivating way Goals include the commercial target (Sales), and client development goals
- Utilize CRM Salesforce to Track progress of the team towards the goals and identify with the team gaps, opportunities, and success stories to drive behaviors and actions that will get the team to meet or exceed their goals
- Understand and analyze the business and client context, looking at internal and external trends and ecosystem
- Demonstrate business and team leadership in the day-to-day business decisions & activities, play an active role in supporting and helping team manage client activities in salesforce
Talent Development
- Hire and retain the best talent to ensure a winning team and create best in class luxury client experiences. Network and recruit to build a pipeline of diverse, highly skilled talent
- Continuously train, coach behaviors, and provide feedback to team to drive performance excellence and elevate client experiences and client relationships across all client touchpoints
- Embrace team selling for optimal sales results
- Manage performance issues and capability gaps proactively and timely
Client Experience
- The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring their team always delivers best-in-class luxury client experiences that drive loyalty and long-term lifetime value
- Closely monitor the quality of the client experiences through the internal assessment as well as keeping an eye on competition and market best practices
- Address key gaps with specific action plans, partnering closely with internal strategic teams
Client Development
- Execute all things with a client-centric approach. Demonstrate passion and deliver Tiffany Touch moments to clients at every touchpoint
- Monitor productivity of client interaction and provide inputs to team to ensure client loyaly
- Host, entertain and meet with top clients to deepen the relationship and to achieve or exceed sales target
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales team management experience
- Proven track record in client relationship building, sales generation, managing the achievement of sales results
- Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
- Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based
- College/ University degree
