PR & Marketing Manager

A wonderful opportunity to join an independent and rapidly growing fashion brand. Hai is looking for a PR & Marketing manager to join a small and dynamic team at our London head office. Reporting to the Founder and Creative Director, you will be responsible for all PR and Marketing initiatives. You will deliver marketing campaigns across all channels. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Managing all aspects of digital marketing from analytics, customer acquisition through marketing channels such as SEO, CRM, SEM & Affiliate Marketing

• Set performance goals and track engagement through all digital channels

• Create weekly and monthly reports on on social media metrics, engagement, and recommendations to optimise our social presence using relevant analytical tools 

• Monitor industry trends, customer behaviour and identify new and relevant ways to drive Hai forward

• Leading the social strategy for product launches, collaborations, and special projects

• Drive international brand awareness, positioning and visibility

•  Oversee the organisation of press related events, showrooms & pop ups 

• Support the creative team with the development of all digital content for an authentic look and feel of the brand 

• Preparing and managing product detail, imagery and descriptions for sales assets

• Creating and managing all press assets and releases 

• Close Communications between the London office and the Seoul office to ensure alignment on the marketing calendar

• Implement and manage a global influencer marketing strategy in collaboration with our USA based PR partner

• Maintaining PR contact database plus establish and nourish relationships with; press, stylists, influencers, photographers and agents

• Manage all sample and press requests together with our logistics manager

• Initiate and host showroom appointments with Press, build relationships and generate awareness about Hai

• Community content creation; building a community around Hai of like minded individuals and groups

• Managing email marketing  

• Organising interviews and writing content for our bi-weekly Hai Society Journal

• Copy writing for socials and website

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role at a fashion brand 

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Experienced with Email Marketing, CRM & SEO 

• Experience with the following web tools; Google Analytics, Shopify & Mailchimp

• Knowledge of Adobe Indesign is a plus
