As a member of the Sales team, and in charge of the European market, your missions as a Area sales manager will be as follows


- Ensure the follow-up and administrative management of orders and meet the needs of buyers
- Check the compliance of orders with the order intake
- Preparing and checking the documents required for the sales
- Proposing delivery priorities and initiating shipments
- Receiving and assisting (potential) wholesalers in the showroom
- Support and follow up of merchandise and merchandising (visual) once in shop, including following up on their need for marketing content and coordinating their timely delivery with MARINE SERRE's in-house teams.
- Prospecting for potential new wholesale customers, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with existing wholesale customers through regular contact or site visits
- Dealing with buyers' requests (quality, deadlines, delivery conditions, promotional material). 
- Ensure regular reporting on customer acceptance, information on market trends and needs, competitive analysis


PROFILE REQUIRED
Higher education such as business school or fashion school with a commercial background
Proven and successful experience in business development, with a focus on wholesale and the European market, ideally for an upmarket/ luxury fashion house
Sense of challenge, good interpersonal skills and sense of service
Strong motivation to be part of a long-term project and to contribute to it
Fluent in English
A third language would be highly appreciated (Italian, German, etc.)
