Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is embarking on a multi-year Transformational journey to Digitize our Value Chain and reinvent the way we work. By leveraging our talent and creativity, we are adopting the latest innovations, lean processes, and data-driven analytics to modernize our technology to compete in a digital age. The Program consists of COE (Center of Excellence) teams across 4 Tracks: Product Transformation, Supplier Collaboration, Supply & Demand Alignment, and a Data team that will consist of a hybrid of talent with business, technology, and analytical experience. The teams are empowered to lead the organization thru the transformation
• Prioritize & sequence new Capabilities & plan business rollout
• Design & Harmonize the Processes & Solutions
• Support & educate the Business & Suppliers on the deployments
• Continually identify new opportunities to enhance and mature future ways of working This role is responsible for ensuring definition and adoption of business improvements as a member of the Product COE team transforming how we develop products. This role will build strategic partnerships across the program and the broader organization. The team will leverage key existing technologies at RL in PLM, SAP, 3D Product Assets, while this role will implement new technology/capabilities in visual line planning, visual line collaboration and line planning/architecture

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Capture & document business processes into detailed workflows, including functional & data requirements in partnership with Agile team · Build out business requirements from end user feedback and translate into use cases / stories. · Partner with team members to support development of prototypes to prove out the success or failure of a concept · Prioritize and sequence new capabilities and their transitions · Escalate issues/risks to product owner · Partner to design and harmonize standardized and aligned business processes across divisions and brands. · Provide input to change management activities : training , communication, hypercare support · Understanding the prioritization, sequencing, deliverance of new capabilities throughout the program · Continually identify new opportunities to enhance and mature future ways of working

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Experience in retail industry or in an international sourcing environment
* Expertise in product development, including PLM costing and sourcing.
* Preferred experience in 3D technology and Line Planning
* Participated in successful business transformation and strategic initiatives, preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business processes
* Familiar with Agile delivery concepts (SAFe, Scrum or Kanban). SAFe certifications preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative, motivated, and energetic with ability to work on multiple tasks #LI-CE1
