Position Overview
As part of the Product Management team, you will manage the Product Development and Production (full product life cycle) of product. You will partner with the Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Commercialization and Raw Materials Teams as well as the Regional Sourcing Offices. The manager, Product Management will support the development and execution of the Footwear product strategy for the brand to create best overall value in terms of product, price, lead-time and quality.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As part of the Product Management team, you will manage the Product Development and Production (full product life cycle) of product. You will partner with the Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Commercialization and Raw Materials Teams as well as the Regional Sourcing Offices. The manager, Product Management will support the development and execution of the Footwear & Accessories product strategy for the brand to create best overall value in terms of product, price, lead-time and quality.
* Manage Costing Process. Maintain and present seasonal costing to CFT for all products; Partnering with regional offices on cost negotiations. Identify opportunities and establish pricing options, to optimize the buy and help to achieve strong margins. Ability to quickly flash cost in early development stages.
* Review and sign off on final production costs to ensure that best prices are systematically captured for reporting purposes.
* Keen eye for quality and ability to assess quality risks in development and production.
* Submit and follow up on testing to ensure the quality level of the products are in the limits for the defined quality standards.
* Drive risk assessment process to identify potential quality concerns throughout the season - through wear testing, partnership with product integrity, fit reviews, and communication with regional offices.

* Operational Knowledge (Systems)
* Demonstrate skills needed to manage a direct report.
* Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information
* Proven ability to quickly pivot and problem solve utilizing innovative solutions
* Clear and strong communication
* PLM, GFE, SAP systems knowledge preferred
* Team player. Emphasis on cross functional partnerships
* Negotiation & influencing skills
* Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including Sr. Leadership
