The Marketing Coordinator will work within the Marketing and E-commerce team and support the day-to-day activity of Altuzarra’s marketing efforts. This individual will bring knowledge of public relations, digital marketing, e-commerce and organization skills to support team objectives of providing an enhanced customer experience and a digital representation of the Altuzarra universe. A successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as within a team environment, present strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask, creativity and an articulated understanding of the brand. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Public Relations and communications Assist on day-to-day tasks around execution of global strategy for celebrity/influencer activity and public relations. Assist with planning and execution of seasonal and local brand initiatives such as fashion shows, editorials, new product launches and gifting initiatives. Establish and nurture key talent and influencer relationships, including agents, stylists, industry creatives and photographers and identify opportunities for brand growth and increased exposure.
- Social Media and editorial content Maintain the content and social media calendars for scheduling and distribution of all content related to PR and marketing. Ideate and pitch original marketing projects and storytelling opportunities to drive awareness and sales, contributing to the creation of initial project briefs, timelines and project budgets. Support the management of social media pages, including Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Customer experience and E-commerce Support customer service by delivering superior, personalized service to customer enquiries and follow-ups via email and CRM tool in a timely fashion. Support website operations related to new collection launches, content updates and site uploads including managing data related to seasonal content, product information, product imagery, site functionality and pricing. Assist on the production and delivery of various digital marketing materials, website needs and brand assets for both internal use and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, or PR, or relevant field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations and/or Marketing and E-commerce, ideally at a luxury fashion company Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop and InDesign) Experience managing samples and contact databases through Fashion GPS Fast learning ability to understand content management tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task and react to shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines. Attention to detail is essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – with a strong need to convey statuses clearly and succinctly to a wide range of cross-functional audiences English fluency
