Senior Sales Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our Erdem boutique in heart of Mayfair. Ideal candidate would be sales-driven, motivated to reach KPI’s, have a strong knowledge in clientele and a solid client book. VM skills and second language would be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store according to the needs of business.
• Meet and greet with enthusiasm all customers that enter the store.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Build a good rapport with customers to gain long-term business relationship.
• Ability to manage and build personal client book.
• Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. 
• Keep up to date with customer requirements and operating procedures.
• Bring new customers and develop an expertise in creating networking with the locals.
• Storytelling: share the story about the brand and products.
• Understand current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware. 
• Replenish stock and maintain very high standards of merchandise and product presentation. 
• Be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met. Ensure that all procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards. 

Who you are:

• Previous experience in a similar role. 
• Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes and work in a high-pressurised, fast paced environment. 
• Motivated by being a team player with a common goal. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal.
• Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. 
• Precise and organised.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
• Passionate about fashion.
• Second language is a plus.
• Experience with Visual Merchandising would be beneficial.
