Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated Wholesale Administrator to support the International Sales Department in the fulfilment of seasonal orders for wholesale accounts.
Location
Edmonton, N9/Remote (with visits to Head Office or other locations as required)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support during the seasonal two selling periods including creation of selling pack sheets materials, coordinating the showroom diary, and assisting with sales appointments under the direction of the Wholesale Manager
- Input sales orders with accuracy and send order confirmations to customers in a timely manner
- Manage the administration of international wholesale orders, from order placement to delivery through to final payment, in accordance with the International Sales Department critical path as directed by the Wholesale Manager
- Manage the wholesale delivery schedule, liaising with the warehouse team for the picking and packing of customer orders and taking responsibility for ensuring stockists compliance guides and international shipping regulations are adhered to.
- Provide support during busy period with packing and shipping orders to wholesale customers
- Assist on a day-to-day basis with customer requests liaising with the Wholesale Manager and Merchandising department in order to maintain strong relationships with all accounts
- Provide sales reports on wholesale business as required
- Monitor, liaise and finalise stock accounts including tracking customer sell through, stock levels, invoice management
- Act as an ambassador for the brands, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and always communicating professionally
Role Requirements
Essential
- Experience in office administration and stock management
- An interest in fashion and design
- Excellent numerical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP or a similar programme
- Flexibility to work beyond your job description to support the wider business and to develop your skills and knowledge
Desirable
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign
- Familiarity with international shipping customs and regulations
