having scaled some of the world’s most reputable luxury brands, with the 
agile entrepreneurial background of founders. To date, our work has led to 
three exciting fashion houses joining the Group.

Key responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to

  •  Achieve growth and hit sales targets on designated territories, in line with the brand positioning and objectives
  •  Assist in strategic planning and contribute to sustaining business growth
  •  Establish and maintain healthy and extensive relationships based on knowledge of customers, utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts while monitor competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities and prospect clients
  •  Budget seasonally and yearly sales and expenses per direct account
  •  Participate in showroom set up and operations during market weeks
  •  Organize and conduct market sales appointments, negotiate the possibly most favorable terms with accounts to maximize growth and ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
  •  Ensure sell-in and sell-out targets are achieved with key accounts, organize and conduct in-store trainings and propose incentives and other necessary tools to achieve sales objectives
  •  Prepare end-of-season sales reports to provide clear understanding of threats and opportunities on the designated market
  •  Coordinate with functional internal departments, such as production, finance and merchandising 

Requirements and personal profile

  •  A minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion wholesale, could be at a brand or multibrand setup
  •  Strong knowledge of the global fashion wholesale landscape
  •  Ability to work with Joor, Excel, an understanding of EDI processes and extensive retail math knowledge
  •  Acts as a brand ambassador and is passionate and enthusiastic about fashion and culture
  •  High sense of quality and good understanding of the contemporary and luxury fashion scene
  •  Strategic thinking, strong business acumen
  •  Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, results-oriented team player, with the highest level of integrity
  •  Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  •  Express ideas clearly, concisely and possess solid oral and written communications skills
  •  Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
  •  The vacancy is located in Budapest
