JOB PURPOSE

As a Responsibility Programme Assistant you will support the London based Responsibility team in driving the implementation of the company's responsibility strategy. You will assist in administration for projects across a wide range of topics covering social, environment and community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting Responsibility team members in their projects and delivery of targets
  • Supporting various department data capture and monitoring activities
  • Scheduling meetings and organising events
  • Creating presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Providing support with internal and external corporate responsibility-related communications
  • Supporting the completion of various reporting submissions to external stakeholders including NGOs and investors
  • Conducting research, benchmarking and analysis on sustainability related topics


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Highly organised, with a diligent and detail oriented approach
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Power Point and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate competence in data management and analysis
  • Knowledge and interest in sustainability and corporate responsibility
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels
  • Great team player
  • Courage to pick up new work and research, ability to distill detailed and complex information into high level insights
