Sr. Manager, Retail Operations
HUGO BOSS Canada, Inc. | Ontario | Canada | Full-time

Implement and execute technical impact projects and strategies that will drive growth, optimize retail operations and profitability in our stores/shops/outlets. Execute and develop documentation and maintain policies and procedures.

Support business development with Concession partners. Help to supervise key operational systems that will ensure consistency for our sites. Ability to effectively communicate, interpret systems, proactively identify issues, and recommend solutions through partnership with key business partners by working as a liaison with our information technology teams.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities:
• Lead Canada Store Operations initiatives and projects: OCS preparation, training, launch, weekly assessments
• Develop weekly & monthly Customer Voice improvement plan and CRM outreach campaigns
• HBC weekly operations and shrink management: returns reviews, HBC BIS review, payroll, cycle counts, liaison with HBC AP/BOSS LP, effective in shop prevention strategies
• Rosen quarterly PK sessions and presentations all sites
• Rosen manual product transfer management
• Manual Payroll and bonus management biweekly all sites
• Project Manager operations side for store openings, remodels and renovations
• Partner with marketing to manage CRM reporting, analysis and action plans
• Partner with Visual Team on administrative aspects for visual; weekly ordering, invoicing
• "Spirit of BOSS" lead for retail and corporate
• Manage and create GPTW initiatives and actions
• RAM, Quarterly Meeting Presentations partner
• Systems lead for PR2, SAP, Debitor etc.
• Communication with retail store management on operational related issues, lead model BOH/Office
• Maintain monthly operational calendar to balance store workload and initiative planning
• Partners with VP retail on development of local best practices and policies for Canada
• Lead Store IQ management
• Partner with VP retail to develop KPI building opportunities
• Achieve P&L improvements contributing to profitability by identifying expense opportunities
• Manage all store level reporting and analysis
• Some travel may be required
• Other responsibilities, duties and projects as assigned

• 5+ years of increasingly responsible retail experience

• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy
