The Store Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the store, influencing the trading and performance of the team. The Store Manager should have the ability to motivate and inspire the store team to deliver the highest standards and exceptional Customer service. Responsible and accountable with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate would have previous management experience. 


  • Delivering sales targets by motivating, training, and mentoring the store team
  • Manage the team to keep a high performance through individual and store sales
  • Provide excellent service levels in store and ensure this is delivered from every member of staff
  • Delivering store strategies to increase customer data recruitment and grow store traffic
  • Support and challenge the team to keep building customer relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Communicate targets and key information to the team, ensuring the management message is received by all staff through daily briefs and regular updates
  • Inspire teamwork and motivate staff to ensure good morale
  • Lead by example ensuring the team represent the Goodhood brand
  • Inducting, training, and developing new staff
  • Provide store reports with in-depth analysis of sales, KPI’s and customer feedback
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage rotas and payroll with monthly feedback 


  • Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager preferably from a high fashion environment
  • Commercial awareness with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability at leading, managing and motivating a team
  • Sales and target driven
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Fashion savvy
  • Resilient with a “can-do” attitude with excellent communication skills
