JOB PURPOSE

The Film Coordinator will be expected to work on E-commerce related content. This will include 40+ Product focused videos per month created to guidelines. It also includes the opportunity to produce elevated creative content Videos around key product categories and collections. They may be required to support on content creation around Burberry's Seasonal Runway Presentations. The role reports into the Lead Film Post Producer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In House Resource:
  • Schedule and book edit, VFX and Grade resource for centrally managed projects.
  • Traffic workflow, gathering feedback from Creative whilst aligning timeframes with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure daily 'At Risk' and status reports are communicated to stakeholders via Project management workflow tools.
  • Offer technical feedback on film treatments if required, pro-actively contributing to the development of the asset.
  • Quality control and delivery of the final Film assets to our central asset library
  • Ensuring management and correct archival of the finished assets across Film server, FrameIO and DAM
  • Ensure team members have completed timesheets and submitted PO requests for projects.
  • Liaise with IT on technical issues impacting team performance
  • Oversee monthly budgets for freelancers and external partners


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience working in a fast paced studio environment ideal.
  • Ideally the candidate would have working knowledge of the fashion industry, but not essential.
  • Experience and proficiency with the following software:
  • Must understand the application and use of software such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve Suite, Nuke, Photoshop and After Effects
    QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and media studies preferable
  • Information technology/multimedia
  • Photography/film/television
