Business Solutions Analyst

The Team

Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for supporting on the execution of the key supply chain projects. This role will drive change within the supply chain teams by making analytics the way of work and ensure quality decisions.The role requires excellent communication skills to manage expectations with critical internal and external stakeholders.

The Position

• Support the execution of projects focused on transforming the supply chain to be more transparent, data driven and end to end digitized.
• Work within supply chain teams to develop methods to track, trace, and communicate progress on seasonal KPI's
• Analyse information to assess performance and progress relative to performance goals and strategic goals
• Develop evaluation methods / metrics for performance management, and maintaining visualizations to communicate business performance
• Support teams in problem-solving: guides analytical modelling, and through analysis provides insights into providing solutions
• Support on system integration, process improvement, cost analysis, supply planning, capacity planning, etc required for infusing speed and agility in supply chain
• Drive continuous improvement by seeking for best practices, performing benchmarking activities optimizing internal/external, local and global exercises
• Gain support for initiatives by gaining respect of others, inspiring trust and confidence

The Ideal Candidate

• University/Engineering degree preferably from Endustrial Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain environment and has experience in driving business performance, project planning, preferably demand planning experience and from within the Apparel Industry.
• Ability to work with international teams, sourcing teams and external vendors/suppliers and influence them with a strategic and analytical approach
• Business excellence mindset and strong interest in upstream supply chain developments
• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis, to be able to transform complex data into basic visuals and reports
• Critical thinker, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
• Hands-on, result oriented and structured.
• Strong team player with excellent social skills
• High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent MS Office applications, SAP, Tableau
• Excellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
