MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

To ensure our people and talent goals are modern, attractive and value driven-we are hiring our first Total Rewards Manager.  This role can be based in London or Gothenburg and will require travel. 

Reporting to our Director of People, Culture and Diversity, you will lead a team of two. You will have the opportunity to drive our global compensation and benefit programs to attract, motivate and retain our most important assets-our people.  An example of the some of the areas we see you digging into and developing:

  • Manage the Total Rewards/Comp and Ben department-consisting of two payroll specialists based in the HQ in Gothenburg (but soon to grow internationally)  and be overall responsible for overseeing our payroll & benefits globally
  • Balance salaries and bonuses internally with respect to various countries and set up a strategy both for store personnel, office personnel and various organizational levels.  
  • Design and implement a compensation structure across the organization 
  • Conduct data analysis and generate meaningful insights to drive pay decisions and program design
  • Research and benchmark local compensation market data prior to us opening new offices/stores related to legal requirements when setting up contacts with HR/payroll partners in new countries
  • Plan, implement and follow up yearly salary overview  and salary review from A-Z and giving workshops and being first point of contact for managers.  
  • Develop strategies and tactics of all insurances related and occupational health care to employees in all our countries and be the point of contact with various insurance companies.
