POSITION SUMMARY:

The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for leading the project planning and execution of talent development programs, projects, processes, and initiatives.

The Talent Development Specialist will foster a positive learning experience for PVH associates. The primary responsibilities of this position is to enable and support

Talent Development compliance and learning technology initiatives including, but not limited to, design, development, implementation, tracking and reporting of designated training programs. This position will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization including the PVH Legal team.

The secondary responsibility of this position is to serve as an enterprise learning technology leader. This includes the enterprise learning platform (Workday Learning) and enterprise content creation technology. This role is responsible for training of existing and new Digital Learning Champions, access and content management, setting platform governance, and other tasks within the platform and tools.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to Talent initiatives with a global reach and includes collaboration with leadership and Talent Partners across the globe. The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company. They will structure solutions that build and enhance the end user experience and place an emphasis on achieving PVH's strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Compliance Programs
  • Lead collaboration with key stakeholders within and beyond the organization to develop training content for PVH compliance learning programs, including the annual PVH Complies program
  • Upload and test content for PVH compliance courses via Workday Learning
  • Work with Talent Development to ensure all training/learning content is provided in a compelling and user-friendly way
  • Manage program deployment by effective project planning, meeting with key stakeholder, and reporting
  • Setup and manage user course enrollments, scheduling, logistics, and notifications, as assigned, for physical, virtual, and digital courses
  • Update and manage compliance documentation including PVH Core Policy Certifications
  • Actively promote interest and engagement via communications, internal updates, intranet for compliance programs
  • Recommend process and technology improvements related to role
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including invoice processing, updating and maintaining team SharePoint/collaborative site(s)

PVH U Support
  • Serve as enterprise administrator and content manager of Workday Learning
    • Establish learning platform governance, including style guide, quality controls, and auditing cadence
    • Implement technology upgrades, in partnership with TPG
    • Develop platform design and layout to optimize learner experience
    • Manage platform data, including integrity and cleanliness
    • Develop guides and QRGs to support usage
    • Stay informed of short-term and long-term enhancements to platform technology
    • Optimize AI, machine learning, and search capability
  • Oversee Digital Learning Champions program and support the use of relevant technologies (authoring tools, content management, Workday Learning)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated by end-users and partners in line with pre-determined SLAs
  • Monitor PVH U inbox and respond appropriately, escalating when necessary
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the associate learner experience
  • Assist with the authoring of digital and blended courses leveraging tools such as Articulate, Easygenerator
  • Identify new processes and technologies with a next-gen focus
  • Conduct platform troubleshooting and support including Workday Learning
  • Provide some project management and data analysis
  • Participate on cross-functional task forces to drive global initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management/development
  • 1+ years of experience as learning or marketing content creator; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • 3+ years of experience with LMS or LXP
  • Managing workflows with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

Education:
  • College degree preferred.
