About the Role

The ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Administrator will be responsible for the design, development, and ongoing administration of the HRSD tool, as well as other HR components in ServiceNow. As part of the HR Shared Services team, you will collaborate with IT, HR Shared Services (HRSS), HR Operations Center (HROC) and other business functions to ideate and implement technical enhancements that will increase efficiencies related to People and Culture processes. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of our Case Management Infrastructure in ServiceNow as we modernize the HR Service Delivery Model for Gap Inc..

What You'll Do

  • Perform daily system administration duties for ServiceNow HRSD including, but not limited to, developing & maintaining service catalog items, administrating workflows, assisting with troubleshooting & problem resolution, and testing
  • Maintain configuration of out of the box functionality including forms, record producers, groups, workflows, tasks, and reports for HRSD, in alignment with business requirements
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain the overall ServiceNow platform, ensuring platform stability and alignment
  • Lead ServiceNow HRSD enhancements from initial ideation, requirements gathering, analysis and development, through to completion and quality assurance testing. Prototype and configure desired change; develop test scripts and execute UAT; monitor and report on overall system performance
  • Build internal practice methodologies for HR; Develop system guides, user training plans and resources to drive consistency and quality of the tool
  • Provide subject matter expert level guidance to areas within the organization on ServiceNow HRSD best practices
  • Own the delivery of critical items with the the HR Shared Services Roadmap that support the achievement of transformational goals for the People and Culture team.


Who You Are

  • Prior system administration and development experience with the ServiceNow HRSD module
  • Understanding of other ServiceNow products including Knowledge Management and Portal
  • Customer oriented, collaborative, and able to shift directions quickly when priorities change
  • Detail driven, analytical, and have a system-thinking approach to problem solving and understanding how things affect one another in an overall system
  • Experience using data to solve business problems and impact results
  • Knowledge and experience using Workday
  • Prior knowledge of HR or Shared Services operations and systems (employee life cycle, data and records management, off-boarding)
