About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our North America Digital Promo Production team for Gap Online. The Senior Manager will drive the development, execution, and optimization of all aspects of the digital seasonal promo pipeline (site, email, and app) for US and CDA online; These responsibilities include pre-season capacity planning, in-season briefing, creative review and execution. This individual is a creative and solution-oriented leader who will ensure cross functional deliverables are met and that scope and schedule expectations are clearly defined across the commercial planning milestones and deliverables. This individual will also need to demonstrate business acumen and customer curiosity to deliver a seamless and customer driven, digital experience.

This role is based out of the SF - 2 Folsom office. Currently, job duties are being performed remotely. However, the Company may in the future require you to be in the office for onsite meetings or events. What You'll Do


  • What you'll do:

    • Owns the definition of the digital promotions production pipeline derived from the Omni commercial plan and business objectives for Gap Specialty


    • Responsible for driving the executional strategy, resource planning and capacity management for site, email, and app projects
    • Partners closely with cross-functional partners and business leads to build an operational model that creates space for growth and flexibility to meet business needs while also implementing changes as needed 
    • Brand advisor on technical feasibility of promotions and potential impacts. 
    • Leads 3 producers focused on each part of the promo production program: event pipeline, site + app, and email 
    • Reports to leadership on operational efficiency: quarterly operational hindsight and driving continual process improvement based on those hindsights.


    • Serves as key production leader for in-season business meetings. Advises recommendedsolutions needed to drive marketing on digital channels.
    • Acts as key contact for escalation in troubleshooting content and supporting promotions, facilitating resolution, and communicating updates to leadership; after-hours support as needed 




Who You Are


  • Who you are:

    • BA/BS required 
    • 4+ years managing large scale B2C digital and technical projects that have a direct impact to the customer experience.
    • 3+ years' experience overseeing and delivering a digital marketing pipeline focused on promotions.
    • 2+ years of hands-on leadership experience. Proven team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing team.


    • Thrives in a change driven environment and works well under pressure with an aptitude for flexibility and fluidity.
    • Has a strong business acumen and sound judgement - able to identify, analyze and propose solutions. 
    • You have a proven track record of collaborating in a matrixed organization with peers to successfully drive business results and innovation.
