Planner, Global Assortment Planning

As a member of the Global Assortment Planning team, the Planning Analyst is responsible for assortment planning for most Tiffany & Co. products to increase sales and efficiency. This is a hybrid position based in New York City.

Responsibilities:
Global Assortment Planning The Planning Analyst supports productive worldwide assortment plans across new and existing products while ensuring brand alignment globally. They drive assortment reviews and makes recommendations at the regional and store level based on sales, efficiency, space mentorship and brand position goals in partnership with the Zones and central cross functional teams. This position will play key role in many strategic assortment optimizations blending both retail store clusters and predictive analytics recommendations.

Collaboration & Innovation The Planning Analyst nurtures positive relationships with zone counterparts built on clarity, visibility and effective communication, drawings insights and acting on key opportunities. They will strive to identify, understand, and drive towards supporting their business goals and should demonstrate an open and global perspective. The role requires an individual with sharp analytical skills and attention to detail. They aim for efficiency and accuracy across all tasks and finds opportunities to streamline workload to increase team efficiency and output. The Senior Analyst will lead projects with a positive culture of achievement and an eye toward innovation.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years prior Merchandising or Planning experience, preferably with a luxury brand
  • Excellent PC skills and proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Excel and Power Point), with ability to learn new software
  • Undergraduate College degree
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
