Position Overview
Key member of the Polo Men's Concept Design team responsible for styling of seasonal concepts in partnership with the concept team and other key partners in marketing, digital and agency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Collaborate with team on seasonal concepts and partner on final looks and style outs · Responsible for styling activities on shoots / look books / style outs so that there is consistency in brand language through various marketing and brand/product presentation channels · Partner with marketing, digital and agency to ensure consumer facing assets reflect design intent · Partner with the agency and design in research / styling / overall creative for shoots · Work with the concept team in setting up showroom and styling mannequins to then relay big picture to Global store teams/ visual merchandising/ windows · Actively research and be aware of trends, leveraging RL Library, vintage/our own heritage, procuring samples (help inform the concepts/line) to better inform story and align with design intent · Work with different partners (merchandising, buyers, agency, etc.) to make sure that there is consistent looks and styling aligned on all outward facing assets/presentations of the brand · Make sure that team has all appropriate samples to create looks and concept · Partner with the PDP team in LIC to maintain brand consistency through styling · Support in look book shoots, wholesale shoots, and product knowledge guides for all internal partners. · Establish key looks & styling tips during showroom phase based on tiered assortments & distribute to retail and wholesale product presentation. · Distribute key/ additional looks and support to international showroom teams (who need many additional looks). · Partner with product presentation team on styling/brand creative to ensure flagships and other stores have best representation of the brand.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Deep understanding of Ralph Lauren aesthetic
• Ability to style within Men's Polo aesthetic
• Detail oriented, and ability to multitask
• Experience working with brand in a creative capacity (design, brand presentation, styling, creative communication)
• Understanding of the product life cycle & business calendars
• Ability to influence leaders, peers and team
• Strong creative communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills with creative / design teams
• Highly collaborative with cross functional partners
