Position Overview
The Account Planning Lead, Women's Polo & Lauren Dresses will drive the account assortment planning, inventory management and financial planning strategies for the North America Wholesale Women's Polo & Lauren Dress

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Manage the assortment planning, business reporting and business strategies for the North America Wholesales Women's Lauren and Women's Polo brands across all product categories Key focus to include: > Responsible for partnering with direct report in creating optimal seasonal assortments at the account/door cluster/style/color level > Responsible for reporting and providing business intelligence > Responsible for planning, tracking and managing optimal markdown timing and discount rates > Responsible for partnering with key cross functional partners in achieving joint financial goals

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Self motivated with strong accountability Strong analytical and mathematical skills Expertise in MS Office (especially MS Excel) Experience with planning systems a plus
