Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Collaborate with design and NY Studio team to build the seasonal concepts for fabrics and trims.
* Coordinate with NY (RM & Design) team for the Vendor/ Mill seasonal presentations.
* Source and arrange fabrics and components based on initial concepts on a seasonal base.
* Coordination with Mills, Machinery suppliers, Chemical/dye & other sources to look for new ideas/innovations.
* Collaborate with RM Leads to identify potential suppliers for any new qualities.
* MILL WEEK, coordinate with RM Development and Design to arrange the appropriate Mill presentations.
* Risk Assessment at concept stage closure to make sure right materials / source are put into developments and initial due diligence conducted on quality, lead time and minimums.
* Work closely with Mills and Vendors on Flash Costing.
* Ensure that brand aesthetic and creative vision is achieved
* Updating data in RL internal Systems.
* Reviews and maintains the department's fabric and Wash Library to ensure this is kept up to date.
* Sustainable Material process and facility developments.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Experience in working with Domestic and International Brands
* 5 - 7 years' experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Domestic Fabric Source for Knits and Wovens.
* Basic Fabric Costing Knowledge.
* Strong communication skills well versed with Excels and Power Point presentations.
