Product Supply Assistant provides actions and information to support production deliveries and vendors performance, in a manner congruent with the critical path and goals of the division.


• Communicates with vendors on raw material call-offs & receipts, ensuring production needs are met in accordance with critical path and delivery schedule.
• Report supply data into the systems
• Monitor on-time deliveries from vendors, troubleshooting with team & business partners as necessary
• Ensure that data accuracy is maintained.
• Manage information on the appropriate systems, looking for process improvements in data and information management.
• Update PLM and SAP systems
• Liaise with product development for updated BOM information as needed.
• Liaise with Customer Operations for timely receipt of orders and advise Customer Service when orders are retimed.
• Prepare updates for weekly production meetings.
• Stealth activities related to the Internal manufacturing and subco management
• RM allocation to work order
• Work order progress
• Work order follow up with subco, updating expected delivery dates
• Price list management and upload


  • Knowledge of Stealth 3K , SAP, PLM,
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Macro and Visual Basic routines desirable
  • Good knowledge of database tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • English Intermediate mandatory, Fluent is desirable
  • Excellent verbal/written communication & time management skills.
  • Ability to react to change.
