Acne Studios is recruiting Retail Operations Administrator, with the task of manage daily operational workflows including orders, returns, omni services and payments with active use of order management system. You will together with Retail Operations Coordinator, South Korea be the primary contacts towards fulfilment and handling of online orders and returns in the Korean market. This is a role where you will get the opportunity to work with all major operations flows, mainly Retail and E-commerce but also, Wholesale, Finance and Supply Chain. This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive fashion house and play a key role in taking Acne Studios’ business forward while maintaining operational excellence.

The role

In this role you will be heavily involved in creating a positive customer experience in our Etail channels. You will report to Head of Asia Online (based in Hong Kong) and belong to the Retail Operations department. You will work within a global team based in Stockholm, Shanghai and Tokyo, and you will ensure operational efficiency throughout the Commercial systems.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to 

  • Primary contact regarding online orders in Korean market towards Client Services and internal teams.
  • Provide first class service to all Commercial channels.
  • Manage all aspects of store/local storage inventory including goods receiving, stock taking, transfers & redistribution.
  • Support internal projects within the Commercial department.
  • Responsible for packaging, including stock management and replenishments
  • Work actively to ensure that the operations department delivers and fulfills objectives and directions from HQ and Commercial operations department

You

We are looking for you with a basic understanding about e-commerce platforms, order management systems and backend systems (WMS/ERP/PIM/PSP). You have 1-2 years of work experience (relevant experience from retail or stock management and/or the fashion industry is meriting).

Other qualifications and personal skills we find important:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, logistics management or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
  • Fluency in Korea and English is required

Acne Studios is a global company with English as working language. Fluency in written and oral English is therefore a must. You will be based at our local operation location in Seoul and is part of the Commercial Controlling & Operations department.
