Position Overview
Provision of technology solutions and support for BI and Merchandise Applications in Asia Pacific.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Provide solutions and support to data warehouse, BI and merchandise applications
* Participate in development and integration testing in ETL process and reporting
* Gather requirements, and perform analysis both BI and Merchandise applications
* Transform analysis into requirement/functional documents, mappings and test cases
* Assist with coordination of reporting and BI and application problems and issue resolutions
* Maintain, validate, and implement BI and merchandise applications platforms
* Provide support, training, and work with vendors and counterparts in various departments to resolve technical issues
* Document processes and improve where necessary

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and advanced analytics
* Hands-on experience in SQL, database/data processing concepts, stored procedures, dashboard development and business intelligence reporting tools such as Informatica, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, IBM DataStage, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, SSRS, etc
* Experience in advanced analytics, data science, and predictive/prescriptive modeling such as forecasting, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
* Must be a good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
* Effective communication skills in English and Cantonese
* Experience in supporting applications in retail and merchandising will be an advantage
