The Accounts Receivable – Collections Specialist will split their time supporting the AR functions for Peter Millar and GFORE aged accounts. The responsibilities include batching and applying credit card payments against AR balances for assigned Peter Millar and GFORE accounts. In addition, researching chargebacks and reaching dispute resolution are critical job responsibilities. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also have the opportunity to assist in other job duties on the AR Team.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for posting  virtual credit cards, processing payments associated with corporate and warehouse accounts daily
  • Manages workload and completes assigned duties within given timelines
  • Work with customers to resolve any potential issues that arise with payments
  • Daily processing of payments and batch and apply in Blue Cherry
  • Process and review account adjustments
  • Help to create manual credits and invoices as requests are made
  • Work closely and effectively with assigned accounts to reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of balances

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and Word skills required

 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field 
  • Experience with Blue Cherry very helpful; Excel and Word required
