We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to support the G/FORE Sales Director and team of sales reps in coordinating sales activities and maintaining good customer relationships in order to achieve sales targets. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include establishing sales department organizational efficiency by coordinating with other departments to achieve maximum results.


  • Gathering & analyzing sales & market data
  • Reporting findings to key sales personnel
  • Provide regular support for the outside sales team
  • Organizing and help coordinating key account sales events 
  • Coordinating across multiple departments to support sales needs 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently for Key Accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports and provide information to the sales team as needed.
  • Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the sales team 
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
  • Monitor inventory while effectively tracking products for sale at Key Account doors
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that their needs are met quickly
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining regular sales reports
  • Maintaining schedule of line showings and visits of key customers
  • Work on market analysis of Fashion industry and key competitors 
  • Travel as needed



  • Extremely proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with focus on driving positive results to the bottom line.
  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to maintain and build effective relationships with cross-functional team.
  • Effective at working in a team environment while managing individual priorities and duties efficiently.



  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or related field;
  • BA or BS, or equivalent, in statistics, business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a buyer or analyst in retail
