This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
Tory Burch is looking for a talented, KPI and customer-obsessed Data Analyst to help build and execute strategies driving the company's continued growth in Retail and eCommerce. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive large scale, highly visible projects across different teams.

A Day in the Life:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze customer insights, provide audience recommendations, and create audience segments, and measure performance of campaigns and tests to support CRM strategy
  • Create clienteling audiences, analyze customer insights, and measure clienteling effect to support Retail Data-Led Clienteling strategy
  • Conducting customer analysis to support retail as well as global/regional businesses
  • Create customer KPI reports to increase understanding of the business
  • Manage Customer Insights Dashboards, providing summary of key insights for stakeholders on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Execute audience segments for Email and Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Support CRM/IT in the reconciliation of data from a variety of sources; devise and/or improve processes to monitor data and ensure its accuracy and integrity
  • Develop data test plans, manage and execute user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy of customer attributes across internal systems


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in data and analytics working with large and complicated data; eCommerce and Retail experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of data base and campaign management
  • Preferred degree with a specialization in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field or equivalent
  • Mastery of SQL, Python, and other scripting/automation techniques
  • Experience with Hadoop, specifically Cloudera, is required
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software is required
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Microstrategy or other BI tools is preferred
  • Knowledge of email, direct mail and database marketing concepts (such as segmentation) is required
  • Knowledge of customer data management such as customer data consolidation, cleansing, and testing is preferred
  • Proficient at all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, thorough and quality oriented
  • Understands marketing processes involved in campaign management, marketing analytics and reporting
  • Ability to manage and synthesize large sets of complex data and present actionable insights in a clear, concise manner
  • Strong understanding of KPIs/metrics/attributes related to direct-to-consumer data
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, via written and oral formats, to all levels of the organization
