Overview
Reporting to the Global Architectural Manager, the Architectural Technician will be part of a small in-house Global team responsible for multiple cross functional projects within real estate, construction, fit out and store closure ranging from small Shop in shops to large standalone flagships and office locations. The Architectural Technician will work alongside the Architectural Designers and with key stakeholders within Retail, Wholesale, Licensing, Kids, Finance and regional teams to build relationships and lines of communication to ensure all construction and procurement is aligned with global project roadmap.

Your Mission:
  • To organize and maintain digital files and archive
  • Collect, storage and oversee approved physical samples
  • Develop a master CAD file with detailed drawings of existing and new fixtures for Architectural bible
  • Design appropriate templates to ensure visual consistency
  • Assist with internal teams requests for store specific information
  • Assist with 3D rendering and drawings development
  • Own master retail development calendar & CAPEX budget tracker
  • Participate in a collaborative and inclusive design process for Architectural Projects

Your Talent:
  • Experiance in Architecture, Design or similar field.
  • Previous experience in Store Planning for Luxury/Fashion Brands with a strong portfolio.
  • Proactive personality with impeccable attention to details and quality.

Systems and Essentials
  • Proficiency in Software Skills (Vector works, AutoCAD, Rhino, Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign)
