Skin Design London is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the website, and all Ecommerce related areas including website performance, innovation for UX, traffic and conversation, front and back end development and overall brand experience. This is a full time position, working in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Ecommerce strategy in line with key objectives to drive brand awareness, sales, and growth 
  • Oversee the layout, visual identity, and content of the website in line with brand identity
  • Lead all website activity including operational management, online sales and driving traffic 
  • Ensure merchandising of product on site is in line with brand identity, ensuring all touchpoints are consistent  
  • Lead traffic acquisition to the site via organic and non-organic sources including SEO and SEM to grow customer reach 
  • Ensure development of the site from back end to front end 
  • Deliver site maintenance, performance and Ecommerce operations to the highest standard 
  • Establish a customer journey that drives profitable Ecommerce selling towards targets 
  • Devise and drive new strategic initiatives to optimise brand loyalty, improve customer journey and grow reach 
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver the highest possible on-site experience 
  • Provide weekly reports on performance and success of website in line with KPIs
  • Work closely with the CEO and Global Marketing Manager on the planning of launches to ensure the site is up to date and in line with marketing calendar  
  • Source external partners as required 
  • Constantly monitor and strive to improve website UX to drive improvements, innovation and performance 

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a similar Ecommerce role within luxury beauty, fashion or lifestyle
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of key Ecommerce areas including site operations and performance, traffic, conversation and front and back end development 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations 
  • A collaborative style of working
  • Innovation-led, happy to challenge current processes and explore new ways of working 
  • A keen interest, knowledge and understanding in Ecommerce and the luxury beauty landscape
  • Business and results-oriented with a growth mindset and strong commercial drive
  • Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
