This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Tory Burch Legal Department.

A Day in the Life:
  • Provide general administrative support for the Tory Burch legal department, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling mailings, drafting correspondence, and assisting in creating presentations
  • Provide contract management support, including finalizing and abstracting contracts and overseeing the company's contract management platform
  • Manage invoices and accruals through SAP system; track legal budget on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Facilitate expense reimbursement, check requests, and credit card processing
  • Manage the Registered Agent intake platform, including docketing of key dates and status tracking, and coordinating notarizations and apostilles
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper legal filing systems and procedures
  • Manage memberships, dues, and subscriptions
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Coordinate with insurance broker for Certificates of Insurance
  • Assist with insurance claims management and corporate subsidiary governance as needed
  • Assist with specific projects as needed for IP, employment, real estate, and other functions within legal department


To Land This Role:
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Notary public or willingness to become a notary (company to fund application process)
  • Prior experience in an in-house legal department preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and office management techniques
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word (including track changes), Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to apply practical thinking to solve everyday issues and strong follow-through skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, exercise initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in conjunction with all levels of the organization
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in regards to all matters and documents
  • Must have a strong sense of ownership, teamwork, responsibility and initiative
