POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator will own and manage the day-to-day activities of product marketing for Warner's, Olga and True & Co. brands in North America. This role works cross functionally with merchandising, design, sales, creative and supply. This role is a key role in the product lifecycle and supports the marketing and cross functional teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Own all cross functional seasonal product marketing projects such as: Market Week briefs, product naming briefs, trim & packaging smartsheets, content grids and translations. Communicate and brief into proper teams to kick off seasonality.
  • Develop product deliverables and timelines; track as part of Market Week deliverables in partnership with project management (i.e. trim, translations, at a glance roadmaps) and be accountable for on time delivery.
  • Develop, maintain and shareout all Product Catalogs within the cross functional teams.
  • Manage all Ecommerce, Packaging, Laydown and Video photo shoots. Organize and order all samples, create shotlists, partner with content, production and studio teams to keep shoots on time and budget. Ensure all shot lists and final images are routed for internal approvals (design, merch, sales, etc.) and images are delivered to global DAM. Audit PVH Global dam to ensure compliance and communicate assets availability to cross functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain all product copy & content grids; kick off with creative & copy teams, and ensure all retailer guidelines, naming conventions, search terms, product copy consistent with brand message.
  • Ensure all packaging is compliant with legal guidelines; make trademark requests for product and brand names. Partner with merchandising on all product features & benefits copy, review packaging against smartsheet and present final trim to business teams.
  • Partner with Earned media & PR teams on seasonal advocate & influencer product sends. Communicate new seasonal products and briefs that align back to business. Determine seasonal branded posts for organic social and ensure calendars are updated for social media team and these themes align back to business needs.
  • Update, brief & manage smartsheet content for Amazon Brand Shop, Amazon A++ pages and Syndigo content. (Includes but not limited to: drafting and building content grids, product page copy and coordinating/conducting quarterly site audits & site updates.)
  • Manage all department samples requests (for PR Agency, Earned Media & Advocates, Photoshoots, Merch and Supply SMS orders).
  • Day to day partnership with marketing team, sales, merch and project management and design on new seasonal marketing requests. Communicate status updates.
  • Attend all cross functional product related meetings (i.e line adoptions, sales meetings, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings for Marketing team as needed.
  • Partner with Sr. Marketing Director on other projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

2+ years' of experience in similar industry - marketing, merchandising, product development

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing Degree preferred

Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Understanding of digital tools: Smartsheet, sharepoint, Onedrive, Webex
  • Ability to manage multiple projects; must be detail oriented and highly skilled in time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great initiative with the ability to be a collaborative and team player
  • Able to anticipate needs and develop solutions when problems arise
  • Superior follow through, organization, and attention to detail
  • Manage to a deadline.
