As the Photo Account Sr. Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Old Navy Photo teams and overall photo planning workflow. The Coordinator will assist in ensuring photography is planned efficiently and accurately through calendar management, the creation of photo shoot tools, and maintenance of product reports and databases. The coordinator will be a key resource to their cross-functional partners by helping connect the dots between marketing asks and creative execution.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with a broad range of cross-functional marketing partners to efficiently plan into Old Navy styling and photography.
  • Support ongoing photo planning calendar management by scheduling key meetings and maintaining a master schedule.
  • Establish best practices related to scheduling to ensure the right meetings are scheduled at the right time and with the right attendees.
  • Assist with the production of photoshoot tools - shoot decks, wireframe updates, digital galleries.
  • Build and maintain photography reference boards (digitally) season over season.
  • Partner with our e-comm photo team on leveraging photography across channels.
  • Ensure product reference documents are up to date with accurate images.
  • Perform product assortment uploads into online database.
  • Potential to attend local photoshoots to support photo team with digital tools and organization on set.
  • Must be comfortable with constantly changing timelines and able to balance workforce with demands.


Who You Are

  • Detail oriented; passion for organization and process
  • Learn to have the ability to manage calendars, understand timelines for a large department
  • Good interpersonal and management skills with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Decisive yet flexible, and not afraid to ask questions
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with or ability to learn AirTable, Miro software
  • College degree preferred but not necessary
  • 1-2 years of work experience demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills
