SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the future of underwear, shapewear and loungewear.
We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative, and are looking for an Influencer Coordinator to join us in building the next generation of intimates.
As the Influencer Coordinator you should be obsessed with popular culture and have a passion for developing new ideas, challenging assumptions and be equal parts creative and analytical.
Responsibilities:
· Create and coordinate content with social influencers for paid and unpaid influencer marketing programs across various channels.
· Identify on brand talent and establish authentic goal driven influencer relationships.
· Effectively take projects from concept to completion using great project management tools and follow through.
· Develop content ideas, attend events as needed, and liaise with marketing team to coordinate marketing strategies across various channels.
· Drive brand awareness via social media.
· Increase Instagram followers specific to market.
· Drive traffic to site.
· Day-to-day management of influencer marketing activities in the US.
· Execute campaigns.
· Contact and build new relationships with influencers and agencies
· Work on reporting and analytics.
· Use social listening tools to find new opportunities for growth.
· Be responsible for social content creation at all key events.
· Work with the internal teams to repurpose UGC across channels.
· Support digital team with delivering creative assets for social advertising campaign.
· Does not want to be an influencer.
Professional skills, experience and attributes:
· 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships across all social media platforms.
· Experience working with identifying influencers is preferred.
· Experience with contemporary or denim brands or relevant businesses is a plus
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· BA/BS degree preferred.
