We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing & Communications, APAC

About the role

This is a full-time role based out of our Singapore office reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, APAC.

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior Marketing Manager to lead our APAC Marketing & Communications team. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact, this is the role for you!

The successful candidate will work on the regional team focusing on driving the marketing strategy for Vestiaire Collective across APAC countries. It involves growing our Brand audience and positioning via: Branding, Communications -PR & Influencers-, and strategic partnerships.

The right candidate will have strong business acumen and a proven track record of establishing communication programs that resonate with key audiences. They will possess the ability to influence and support communications colleagues across the region and to work with broad stakeholder groups from all levels of the organization will also be vital. The candidate will need excellent communications skills in English, exemplary writing ability, exceptional initiative, and a talent for collaboration. He/ she should have experience working with high standards under tight deadlines. Creativity and flexibility are a must for this role.

What you'll do
  • Define & Manage APAC Marketing team strategy and objectives, KPIs and supporting campaigns to support business needs
  • Allocate budget to strategic channels to grow audiences and brand awareness aligned with Vestiaire Collective strategic positioning
  • Oversee PR Strategy, Set & Align Objectives & KPIs with Global Team
  • Oversee Influencer Management, Set Overall Budget, Define Objectives and Direction
  • Build Relationships with Regional Press & Influencers
  • Lead Marketing External Partnerships, identifying and building relationships with likemind brands/company
  • Lead Customer Activations to ensure optimal brand storytelling while touching on 360 touchpoint to maximize ROI
  • Manage & Test Creative Content & Branding for all online channels to better VC Representation & CTR
  • Lead Digital Branding Campaign Strategy in partnership with HQ team, overseeing audience targeting, creative content, budget allocation and overall performance is optimized'Manage APAC Marketing team to ensure the all members stays engaged, continue learning & growing in areas of interest

Who you are
  • 10+ years of experience in a Marketing/Comms role (preferably from Tech/FMCG/Luxury)
  • Strong media contacts across Corporate, Consumer & Sustainability
  • Strategic thinking to develop brand penetration and positioning in competitive environment
  • Strong organizational skills, results driven and detail oriented
  • Experience in managing teams across the region
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly driven, self motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
  • Eager and passionate to build a sustainable fashion industry
  • Plus if you can speak any of the following languages : Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese.
