Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Search Marketing Manager for the APAC Region to join the team in Singapore

About The Role

As a member of our Global SEM team, you will be working with a diverse group of individuals based in France and the US. The location for this role is in Singapore, you will be in charge of directly managing the operationalization and optimization of SEM for the APAC region. You will also be involved closely in global SEM projects and strategy.

Reporting to our Global Head of SEM (based in Paris) as part of the Global SEM organization, you will help Vestiaire improve our SEM strategy and grow the APAC market, working closely with the marketing team in APAC. Your main mission is to operate and grow SEM Acquisition for all the APAC countries, and on all types of channels (Textual, DSA, Shopping).

What You'll Be Doing

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Managing a 6 budget figures and optimizing campaigns (DSA, Textual, Shopping) to meet spends and ROI goals and scale our SEM presence in APAC
  • Participating in building excellence creative for SEM campaigns by following best in class guidelines, A/B testing across all visual and textual assets available
  • Handling of day to day execution and monitoring of APAC performance across text and shopping campaigns
  • Working closely with the Global team and region counterparts Participate with the Team on tests to improve results
  • Developing a media plan and providing propositions to grow the business and performance from an SEM perspective
  • Measuring and reporting of ad platform performance regularly during weekly steering meetings
  • Participating in new country launch in APAC and building there our SEM presence
  • Monitoring competition of SEM campaigns in a high competitive market

Collaborating with:
  • The Global SEM team on APAC SEM campaigns, global SEM tests and strategy
  • The Global Performance Marketing team and Traffic Managers to challenge and propose budget allocation on SEM campaigns in APAC
  • The APAC Branding team on creative briefings, best practice communication and branding strategy for SEM campaigns
  • The Global SEO team to ensure that traffic is maximized
  • The Performance Marketing Science team on latest innovation regarding SEM, A/B testing and media automation challenges
  • The Google Account Strategist team on latest Google Ads innovation, search trends and market evolution

Who You Are
  • You have at least 2 years experience in SEM , with a specific flavor on retail
  • You are used to working in an international environment using English as working language
  • You are a passionate about Google Ads (bid strategies hold no secret for you)
  • You are familiar with Google Analytics and Merchant Center
  • You have good communications skills
  • You are based in Singapore
  • You have an Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to grow business
  • Experience in eCommerce is a strong plus!
  • Mastering one or several Asian languages would be a strong plus
