Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a self-motivated, and detail-oriented Freelance PR & Social Media Executive to join the Tabayer team on a part-time basis (2 days a week). The role will support the brand’s marketing team across all PR and Social Media activities.

 

This position is hybrid in-person/ remote work. Candidates should be local to London for in-person working days. International travel may be required.
 

 

Responsibilities:

 

PR:

  • Assist the Marketing team with developing and implementing PR strategy to build brand awareness
  • Manage PR sample inventory, coordinate sample loan requests from press and internal teams, assist on the photo shoots where required
  • Support US and European PR agencies on brand assets, product information for press credit requests, file celebrity, and influencer images
  • Assist with event planning and coordination including Paris Fashion Week presentations Act as a brand guardian to ensure the brand's tone of voice and brand identity are consistent across all channels

 

Social Media

  • Assist with developing and implementing the Social Media strategy
  • Own the planning for the social content publishing including coordinating and re-versioning the assets to support the marketing calendar
  • Write, schedule, and optimize daily social posts across all social platforms
  • Monitor and respond to relevant celebrity/influencer dressing, community, and press comments to drive engagement
  • Assist with the organic influencer activations on the campaign and ongoing basis to increase the reach and brand awareness

 

 

Experience and Skills Required: 
 

  • 1-2 years experience working in a PR/ communications/ social media role within luxury/ fashion
  • A sense for the tone of voice and visual aesthetic, the ability to understand and implement a defined brand identity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a self-motivated and detail-oriented manner
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
