The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

PVH Europe is on a mission to redefine the fashion industry by driving full digitization along the company's entire value chain, from product design to the end-consumer. A close collaboration between our 5 European Market Hubs are key to that. Our Business Development & Market Coordination team aims to support the company as CEO staff function - on the one hand with a European scope, on the other hand with a Region West scope. Focus lies with driving commercial strategic priority setting and collaboration & communication between all Sales regions in Europe and to join company-wide strategic projects as Market Operations Expert. As part of the Business Development & Market Coordination team you will be sitting with the Business Development Region West as Europe's biggest Sales Region.

We are looking for passionate individuals who will support with great passion, ownership, spirit and entrepreneurship. Key focus of the role: Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

The role will work closely with the CRM project lead and the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing Europe West, focusing on membership & loyalty activities such as Business Analysis, Business Concept Paper, Market Coordination, Meeting Preparation, Digitalization, and Business Innovation, and more. General management activities will also be part of the role. The role will have the excellent opportunity to learn 360° what it means to work for and with the top management of a future-oriented & innovative global fashion company/trading company in a highly dynamic and digital market environment and to bring together all commercial aspects. Furthermore, the role will be working at the forefront of exciting new membership & loyalty developments.

A day in the life of a Business Development Intern (m/f/x):
  • You will be an integrative part of the roll-out of a new Membership & Loyalty concept
  • You will coordinate, collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders to continuously improve our Membership & Loyalty program
  • You will support in various commercial & business analysis
  • You will support and train teams in their use of CRM
  • You will provide teams with consumer insights and behavior reporting to help them make strategic decisions

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A University degree or ongoing studies in the field of Marketing, Management, Data Sciences, Business Analytics or other administration disciplines
  • Experience in CRM, Consumer Insights or related fields would be a plus
  • An analytical mind, solution-oriented, flexible and pragmatic way of thinking and acting
  • A charismatic and communicative personality with strong team spirit and empathy and an understanding of high management requirements
  • The willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills, further knowledge of tools like Asana or Miro are a plus
  • Full-time availability for over six months
